Well, here we are again. You, me and another “about” page. Here’s the latest on me.
I’ve fairly recently (within the past couple of years) developed a love of cooking. I later found that it was baking that I was more intereted in. I enjoy the science behind baking. Making my dry mixture, adding the wet ingrediants and watching dough form is magic to me. Of course, Alton Brown has helped with that. Add to the mix, my love of social networking, you’ve arrived at the final product. Of course, nothing is really final here (I’ve got this nifty “edit” capability).
